321 Cornhole

What Is the 321 Cornhole League?

The 321 Cornhole League is a crew-based competition system built to support players, communities, and long-term growth at the local level. It combines organized league play, transparent statistics, and structured events with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and player development.

At the heart of the 321 League is the crew model. Players compete locally while representing their crew, building pride, chemistry, and consistency before advancing into larger regional and league-wide events. This approach keeps competition welcoming for new players while creating clear pathways for those who want to grow into higher levels of play.

The 321 Cornhole League is built with Florida cornhole players in mind, while remaining open and respectful of the broader cornhole community. Players are free to participate in other leagues and events, and 321 Cornhole supports open competition. Our goal is to build a league experience strong enough in structure, community, and opportunity that it naturally becomes a primary home for players over time.

As the league grows, pro teams will be developed at the local level by League Directors, built from players within their area and from those developed through crew league play. This model keeps opportunity close to home, rewards commitment and development, and brings added excitement and inspiration to every level of the league.

The 321 Cornhole League emphasizes organized events, transparent stats, and fair standards. League events, schedules, and player statistics are managed through Scoreholio, providing players with a familiar platform for registration, scoring, standings, and performance tracking across crews and events.

For crew league play, players only need bags that meet legal size and weight requirements. As competition increases through regional events, open tournaments, and higher-level play, stamped bags from recognized organizations such as ACL, ACO, or TCL are required and must be three years old or newer, while still meeting legal size and weight standards.

Above all, the 321 Cornhole League is built around structure with purpose — creating a place where players can compete, improve, connect, and grow within a league designed for sustainability and excitement at every level.

Want to Be a League Director?

Some people love to play the game. Others want to help build it.

321 Cornhole League Directors play a key role in growing the league at the local level by organizing crews, working with venues, supporting sponsors, and helping develop players within their area. Directors are community builders first, helping create consistent, organized opportunities for players to compete and connect.

Becoming a League Director is not a get-rich-quick opportunity. It begins as a side hustle built on a love for the game, leadership, and consistent effort. As the league grows, so does the opportunity for Directors who are committed to building strong crews, events, and partnerships.

We are open to conversations with both new leaders and experienced directors who are interested in joining the movement and helping develop a territory within the 321 Cornhole framework.

League Directors

The 321 Cornhole League Director structure remains consistent across the league, providing clarity, stability, and long-term growth opportunities. League Directors are responsible for organizing local crews and events, building venue partnerships, and ensuring sponsor exposure and fulfillment within their area.

A director fee is required to support league infrastructure, branding, equipment, and administrative resources. As the league grows, our goal is to make 321 Cornhole directorships increasingly lucrative, creating stronger opportunities through sponsorship development, expanded events, and league-wide growth.

The league is built on a long-term vision—establishing a solid foundation first, then expanding opportunity as participation, partnerships, and reach increase.

Open to Established Directors

The 321 Cornhole League is also open to conversations with experienced and established league directors who are interested in joining the movement. Directors with existing player bases or league experience may be eligible for territory placement and the opportunity to further develop their area within the 321 Cornhole framework.

We respect the work others have done to grow the game and believe strong leadership, collaboration, and shared vision are essential to building something lasting. Our goal is not to replace what already exists, but to offer a structure that supports long-term growth, opportunity, and sustainability.

If you’re an established director interested in exploring how your experience could fit within 321 Cornhole, we welcome the conversation.

Events

Crew of the Month – Coming Soon

The 321 Cornhole League will be introducing a Crew of the Month recognition to highlight crews that consistently show up, compete, and represent their area well.

Crew of the Month is designed to reward attendance, commitment, and overall performance across league play. While attendance will be the primary factor, competitive results will be used as a tiebreaker when needed, reflecting both participation and on-the-boards performance.

This recognition is about more than wins. It’s about building strong crews, supporting league nights, and contributing to the energy and growth of the 321 Cornhole League.

Details and launch timing for Crew of the Month will be announced as the league continues to grow.
